Murano Club House is an exclusive residential development composed of 64 countryside villas designed to offer the perfect balance between comfort, elegance, and connection with nature. Each villa features private areas ranging from 180 to 243 m², with its own pool and terrace, harmoniously blending indoor and outdoor living.
The complex is surrounded by lush green areas and complemented by a Club House that includes a communal pool, wellness area, restaurant, café, game room, and sports courts creating an ideal environment for relaxation and social living.
Architectural Concept
The design is inspired by contemporary tropical architecture, emphasizing natural ventilation, warm lighting, and the use of local materials. Three villa typologies were developed, in one and two levels, adapted to the landscape and topography of the site. Each layout prioritizes functionality, privacy, and panoramic views.
